GIVEAWAY PRIVACY NOTICE

INFORMATION AND PURPOSES
We collect first name, email, state, adult U.S. eligibility attestation, affirmative newsletter consent, exact disclosure and Rules version, submission and confirmation times, and subscription and drawing eligibility evidence. UTM codes and a stripped referring origin/path measure campaign results. Network and email hashes support abuse prevention and suppression; hashes are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We use records to verify requests, manage the requested newsletter, prevent duplicate entries, conduct fair drawings, verify potential winners, fulfill prizes and meet legal obligations.
REQUIRED MEMBERSHIP AND YOUR CHOICES
The proposed giveaway is for newsletter members. Its separate marketing checkbox is affirmative and unchecked by default; visiting or opening a verification page does not grant consent. Partner-list membership is not ProTruthNews permission. You may unsubscribe at any time through the newsletter link without fees or additional consent. We honor opt-outs and do not silently reactivate anyone.
Unsubscribing before a drawing eligibility timestamp prevents qualification for that and future drawings. Unsubscribing afterward does not undo valid frozen eligibility or require resubscription to receive a verified prize. Access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests go to noah@protruthnews.com and are handled under applicable law and necessary lawful contest, suppression and consent records.
PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES
Railway hosts the persistent entry store. Kit processes the ProTruthNews subscription. An access-controlled Google Sheet is intended to contain consent reporting once operational setup is verified. Sponsor’s email service sends requested confirmation and necessary drawing messages. Fulfillment providers receive only needed winner delivery information. Providers have their own applicable terms. Entrant emails are not published or intentionally sold; information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud or protect lawful rights.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours; unneeded pending records are reviewed for removal within 30 days. Confirmed consent, entry, drawing and fulfillment records are generally retained for three years after the program ends, or longer for a lawful tax, dispute, suppression or required-record obligation. Newsletter records follow its applicable retention and suppression practices. Intended safeguards include HTTPS, restricted administration, signed expiring confirmation, hashed tokens, persistent records and verified reporting copies. Backup and retention maintenance must be verified before launch. Perfect security is not promised.
WINNER PRIVACY AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Legally permitted winner disclosures may include first name, last initial, state, month, prize and award date after verification. Photos or testimonials require separate permission. Necessary delivery or tax documentation is requested securely from potential winners only. Never put identity documents, tax identifiers, passwords, payment cards or bank details in the public form or consent Sheet.
COOKIES, TRACKING AND MINORS
A short-lived secure HttpOnly same-site cookie protects affirmative confirmation from automated email scanners. No third-party ad pixel is enabled. Additional tracking requires accurate notice and applicable consent controls. Initial entry is for U.S. adults; it is not directed to children. Discovered ineligible minor data is removed except for lawful required records.
FINANCIAL-INCENTIVE NOTICE
No finalized California financial-incentive notice is published in this closed preview. If applicable, a supported notice will be published and linked before enrollment opens. This is not a representation that California privacy law does not apply.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, and an appeal of a denied request. Contact the email or mailing address below. We verify requests proportionately, explain any lawful retention exception, and honor applicable response and appeal deadlines. Authorized-agent requests are accepted where required. We do not require unnecessary sensitive information or a newsletter login to submit a request. A request to inspect or correct information does not itself withdraw newsletter consent or disqualify an otherwise valid entrant.
This giveaway does not enable sale of entrant data, cross-context advertising pixels, or profiling of political beliefs. A future sale, sharing, sensitive-data use or advertising integration requires a separate applicable-law assessment and appropriate notices, opt-outs and consent controls before activation. Applicable business thresholds, service-provider contracts and rights procedures must be assessed using actual business facts; this notice does not assert an exemption.
